okti.im is a hosting platform for user-generated content (UGC) created by independent adult content creators. All content on the Platform is produced voluntarily by adult individuals who retain full ownership of their work.
All content creators are verified through their Telegram accounts. Each creator manages their own blog and is solely responsible for the content they publish. The Platform does not produce, direct, or commission any content.
The Platform permits legal adult content created by and featuring consenting adults aged 18 and over. Creators must ensure that all individuals depicted in their content have given informed consent and are of legal age.
The following is strictly prohibited: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — the Platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy and will report all such content to relevant authorities immediately; non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn); content depicting or involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context; bestiality or zoophilia; extreme violence, torture, or gore; content that promotes trafficking or exploitation; any content that violates French law or EU regulations.
In compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA, Regulation 2022/2065), the Platform provides a transparent mechanism for reporting illegal content. To report: send an email to abuse@okti.im with the URL of the content and a description of the violation. Reports of manifestly illegal content (CSAM, non-consensual imagery) are processed within 24 hours. The Platform cooperates with ARCOM (Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique) and all relevant law enforcement authorities.
Upon receipt of a valid report: manifestly illegal content (CSAM, non-consensual imagery) is removed within 24 hours; other reported content is reviewed within 7 business days; the content creator is notified and given the opportunity to respond; repeated violations result in permanent blog termination. The Platform publishes transparency reports as required by the DSA.
The Platform is committed to compliance with: EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065); French Penal Code, specifically Art. 227-24 (protection of minors); ARCOM regulations and guidelines; applicable GDPR provisions. The Platform designates a legal representative within the EU as required by the DSA.
