By accessing or using okti.im (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction. The Platform reserves the right to verify your age at any time.
The Platform hosts user-generated content ("UGC") created and published by independent content creators. Each creator retains full ownership and copyright over their content. The Platform acts solely as a hosting provider and does not produce, edit, or endorse any content.
The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon detection: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance policy; non-consensual intimate imagery; content depicting minors in any capacity; bestiality; extreme violence or gore; any content that violates applicable law, including but not limited to French criminal law.
In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065), the Platform provides mechanisms for reporting illegal content. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours for manifestly illegal content. To report content, contact: abuse@okti.im. The Platform cooperates fully with ARCOM and law enforcement authorities.
All content published on the Platform is owned by its respective creators. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Platform shall not be liable for any UGC published by creators. Creators are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws.
The Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any blog at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent removal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
